The
Concert Band has over forty members of varying ages, backgrounds and
abilities. Players should be able to commit to attending rehearsals
regularly and playing at the Band’s four main annual concerts.
These concerts are held in Aldershot, Fleet, Camberley and
Farnborough, at which we play a variety of light and classical music.
We include music from the shows, light classical pieces, original
works for wind band, and also include music with a big band feel. The
Training Section Membership
of the Training Section is ideal for those players who have just started
to learn an instrument or those returning to their instrument after a long
break.
The Training Section plays a short programme at each of our four
annual concerts.
Naturally, as a person’s ability increases they are promoted to
the main band (subject to vacancies) and many of our players have
progressed this way. Both Bands meet on Monday evenings at Ash Manor School, Manor Road, Ash, Training

7.00 pm - 7.50 pm Concert
Band:
8.00 pm - 10.00pm You
would be very welcome to come and join us at a rehearsal with your
instrument if you would like to play, or just to listen.
