Fleet, Church Crookham and Crondall Guide Division

Fleet, Church Crookham and Crondall Guide Division has over 600 members grouped into sections as detailed below:

RAINBOW GUIDES are the youngest members of the Guide Association and are aged between 5 and 7. They take part in activities in and out of doors exploring, sharing and discovery. They play games, paint, draw, and make things. There are 4 Rainbow Units in the Division.

BROWNIE GUIDES are usually aged between 7 and 10. Brownies belong to a Pack and work in small groups called Sixes that can have names such as Elves, Pixies and Gnomes. Brownie meetings are full of activities, providing opportunities for them to learn new and practical skills. There are 12 packs in the Division.

GUIDES are usually aged between 10 and 14. Being a Guide is all about belonging to a group, learning new skills, making new friends and helping others. Each Guide is encouraged to achieve her own personal goals through a progressive programme. Guides work together in Patrols, groups of 4 to 8 girls, elect their own Patrol leader and plan their own activities. There are 8 Guide Units in the Division.

SENIOR SECTION includes all Guide Association members aged between 14 and 26 and in the Division these include Young Leaders and Ranger Guides.

ADULT MEMBERS of the Division act as Leaders and helpers thus enabling the girls to enjoy the opportunities offered by Guiding. As well as a sense of achievement there is fun and friendship for Leaders, helpers and other adult members, plus opportunities to become involved in activities they may never have considered before.
