The Weeks you choose will always belong to you but obviously the dates will vary slightly from year to year. For example weeks 1 & 2 for 2000 are 1st Jan to 15th Jan dates for weeks 1 & 2 for 2001 are 6th Jan to 20th. With written consent all owners will be given a list of names and telephone numbers of all fellow shareholders, if you want to swap one or both of your weeks simply call the shareholder who has the week/s you want to see if they want to swap. If you want to rent one or both of your weeks you may do so either privately of through our management company, please bear in mind that you will be responsible for all damages caused during your occupation dates. Our management company will take a security deposit if booked through them, if you rent your weeks privately you should take a £250.00 security deposit although this is up to you. Pool heating is extra and costs £60 per week. We will continue to manage the property until 75% of the shares are sold, it will then be up to the shareholders to decide on management although we would hope our services will be retained through merit.
